College and Career Success
Country Christian seeks to prepare students for success, not only in coursework but also in life outside the classroom. Our teachers aim to support students as they make the transition out of high school, whether it be entering the workforce, furthering studies at a community college or a university, or serving in the armed forces. Students have the opportunity to take a future planning course and a college prep course during their junior and senior years. Students can find information about SAT and ACT testing, college recruiter visits, scholarships, career fields, and more in these courses.

Grand Canyon University
We are a consortium school with Grand Canyon University making our student eligible for the Canyon Christian School Consortium (CCSC) Award.
Qualified new students must have graduated from a CCSC participant school with an unweighted GPA of 3.0, an ACT score of 19 or higher, or an SAT of 1000 or higher. The scholarship awards $4,000 per academic year to on-campus students who are admissible and $1,500 per academic year to off-campus students. This award is renewable annually for fall and spring, up to eight semesters.
This award requires the student to join a campus worship service weekly and meet the 40- hour service requirement each academic year. GCU determines where each student serves to meet the requirement. This award cannot be combined with the Grand Canyon University Award.
