Monthly Payments

The total tuition bill can be divided into equal monthly payments for nine or twelve months if enrolling prior to July 1st. The twelve-month period is from June – May. If enrolling after July 1st, the nine-month payment plan is the only option. A payment is late if it is not received by the 15th of the month. A $20 late fee will be charged.

Payment and Fee Information
  • There will be a $30 charge on all returned checks.
  • All fees must be paid and/or financial arrangements made prior to class attendance.
  • A family will not be allowed to register for the new year until the previous year’s accounts are paid in full, or arrangements have been made with the administration.
  • Any account more than 60 days past due (and no arrangements made) may result in the withdrawal of the student from school.
Withdrawal Policy
A student may be withdrawn by their parents for any reason. In this event, the parents should notify the school office of their decision as soon as possible. Likewise, Country Christian has the right, for any reason, to ask the student to withdraw. This is separate and apart from suspension or expulsion. In the event of withdrawal, parents/students can arrange with the office for a time to pick up their personal belongings.

Refund Policy
If a student withdraws from Country Christian, tuition will be refunded on a pro-rated basis for the length of time spent in school. This refund applies if the tuition bill is current and only to tuition already paid. Please note that refunds are not issued for fees or other expenses.
